Water and Energy: Improving Access Through Small Scale Solutions

Hosted by the The Nicholas School of the Environment’s Student International Discussion Group and Duke’s Energy Initiative, this symposium highlights the incredible impact small-scale projects and technologies can have on the daunting problems of clean water and energy access faced by those in developing nations.

The morning will consist of a keynote address and our panel on water access. In the afternoon we will hold our panel on energy access, to be followed by a special reception hosted by the Energy Initiative.
