The Honorable Ms. Hanna Tetteh is the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana; she is also the Member of Parliament for the Awutu-Senya West Constituency in the Central Region and Chairperson of the ECOWAS Council of Ministers. Prior to her appointment as Foreign Minister in February 2013, Tettah was the Minister of Trade & Industry in the previous  Government of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

In her previous position as Minister of Trade & Industry, Minister Tetteh was a member of the Economic Management Team, the National Development Planning Commission, the Millennium Development Authority Board, and the Chairperson of the Ghana Free Zones Board. 

Minister Tetteh has been a National Executive Member of the NDC since 2005 and was the Communications Director of the Party for both the 2008 and 2012 Presidential campaigns.  Prior to her appointment as Minister of State, Ms. Tetteh worked with the Ghana Agro Food Company Ltd. an agro industrial processing complex as the General Manager (Administration, Corporate & Legal) and served as a Council Member of the Association of Ghana Industries, a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Statistical and Social Research (ISSER), a board member of the Awutu-Emasa Rural Bank, and on the board  of Accra Hearts of Oak football club.

Hon. Ms. Tetteh has served as a Member of Parliament, and is a lawyer by profession, having obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree in 1989 from the University of Ghana, Legon.
